Jingle Bells Meets Wedding Bells!

There are a few different color schemes I fell in love with for this season. Let’s start with my favorite cranberry red and white! I like to start with an inspiration board. Which will help us develop a direction and generate fabulous ideas for your special day. I love a simple centerpiece with cranberries and I would push for a whiter candle if you’re colors are red/white.  This is definitely something you can DIY (do it yourself). Go to your local craft store and pick up the glass containers, you can get creative and get different shapes if you choose to (this could add some great character to your wedding. Then buy the cranberries in bulk, fresh is more expensive.   These little red/white boxes at each place setting are fabulous! Fill them with a gift for your guests. I also love the idea of infusing a little hint of green for the holidays.  I am obsessed with acorns for holiday weddings, we love them because they are a fabulous trend!  They are a cheap yet adorable way for your guests to locate their tables. For the bride, another amazing trend that adds such class is the modern take on a 1920’s hair accessory, I’d recommend a red rose to match red bridesmaid dresses if you have them 🙂

Coming up next, Blue and White weddings, this upcoming post will be my best yet! I have been working on it for awhile, it’s packed with some great finds for a fabulous event!

I've worked alongside one of the top ten event planners in LA, I've planned my own beautiful and successful events and now I work for a fabulous resort in the wedding and corporate events department. You could say I started my career as a teenager working in catering for social events. I quickly climbed the ladder and found myself intrigued with the event planning industry. I then decided to take a chance on Hollywood. I assisted and planned many successful events in tinsel town including non-profit, celebrity, and many special events. I went back to school as SDSU to further my education in this field. I now take pride in sharing the ideas and fascinating finds that I come across in this industry via blogging!
